


Last year in July Realme started an Early Access Program where they released the beta build of Realme UI 2.0 for some of their flagship devices. The program will not open to all and will be limited to select devices.įollowing the developer preview/beta build of Android 12, we got a stable build. The early access program for the trial purpose will also start soon. The Android 12-based Realme UI 3.0 was released on October 13, 2021.The features include a Fluid Space Design, Improved Always-On Display (AOD), AI Smooth Engine, Even More Personalisation With Global Color Theme and more. May 19: Realme has confirmed via Twitter that its flagship smartphone Realme GT (China) will get Android 12 Beta 1 in May 2021 through the Developer Preview Program. A specific date is yet to be disclosed by the company. September 22: Realme’s Vice President Xu Qi has confirmed that Realme UI 3.0 will launch in October 2021. Realme GT will be the first phone from the brand to get Realme UI 3.0 update. October 5: Realme UI 3.0 based on Android 12 will be released globally on October 13. The company has also shared Realme UI 3.0 beta roadmap. October 14: Realme has unveiled Realme UI 3.0 which is based on Android 12 and it succeeds the last year’s UI 2.0. You can apply for Early Access by heading over to Settings> Software Update> Trial Version> Apply Now> Submit Details. Make sure your GT 5G device is running the latest RMX2202_11_A.14 software before commencing the update. The applications will be accepted in batches and only limited seats are available.
